Refunds, Returns & Warranties

1. Payment

1.	We accept payment by Paypal or Cash on Pick Up, we DO NOT accept cheque or postal orders under any circumstances. Please contact us before placing a bid or Buy It Now purchase to inform if you intend to pay by Cash and Pick Up so we can make arrangements for you to collect your item. 

2.	Payment must be received within 5 working days of an auction ending or a Buy It Now purchase whether payment is by Paypal or Cash on Pick Up.

3.	Postage and Packaging charges include administration and handling charges. No additional fee(s) will be added to your order unless agreed in advance between buyer and seller.

Delivery (UK & International Destinations)

1.	Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Orkneys, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Scilly may incur an additional charge. Please contact before placing a bid or a Buy It Now purchase and we will work out the delivery cost depending on the item purchased.

Lost Items
