Our company has carried out refurbishment and repackaging of these items which were returned under ‘returned guarantee’ of one of the high street sellers. They were returned as grade B or C (used or unused) items.  Please note that despite the refurbishment there might still be signs that they have been used slightly or heavily with warn-out signs. As a result, you may see visible scratches on the handsets or bases or have to re-clean if not satisfied with our dept of cleaning.

Despite the above description, we want to assure you that the item is in good working condition. You will enjoy it at the price that you are buying it.
 

Please note that you have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 14 days after you receive the item(s) however you have to return it as you received it.  
 
Except in the case of faulty items, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the items to us at your own cost and we may not refund the cost of posting to you.  Please take reasonable care (well packed) to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Any faulty item will be replaced free when it is returned to us. A buyer may loose the right for a full refund if there is a sign of wilful damage to the item.

Answer.         
Yes, it should work with any landline any where in the world (where the power rating is the same as UK). The UK power voltage rating is 220-240 volt as it is for most EU countries.

If I buy the phone with multiple handsets, how many phone lines do I need in the house?
Answer.
You need only one telephone line. The main phone base will be plugged directly to the only line and the rest additional bases & handsets could then be distributed in rooms. For example, if you are buying ‘BT Studio 1500 Trio’. It means the phone will have 3 handsets, 3 bases, 3 charging plugs and only 1 phone line.

I already have a phone with only 1 handset; can I turn it to multiple handsets?
Answer.
Yes, you can register additional handsets up to 3 or 4 on your existing phone. What you need to do is to buy the one that says ‘Additional handset’ and register it. The registration instruction is always in the manual. We can also give further assistance in the registration if contacted.

My handset is bad or damaged but other parts of the phone are OK. Can I buy and replace just the handset(s)?
Answer.         
Yes, you can buy and replace any part that is lost or faulty. If you are replacing your handset or base, you will need to REGISTER the new handset or base to the existing one. The registration instruction is always in the manual. We can also give further assistance in the registration if contacted.

Most of our stock comes in their original boxes with manual. In the process of testing and repacking we may not be able to get them back to their original boxes. In this case we will provide a GOOD and NEAT package. For any reason, if the manual is not there, we will email you the internet copy on request.

Yes, it should be alright, but please email us first and confirm that we can provide this in their original boxes complete with manual. We also list some of our items as ‘IDEAL GIFT’. This may cost a bit higher price as they comes in their original pack and are ‘as new’.
