Your bid is for FOUR panels!

This item is a 2GHz RF amplifier panel, utilising the 60 Watt Philips BLV2047 transistor.  We see this panel as an excellent source of parts, and offer it for those parts only.  The BGY1816N module operates over a narrow frequency band and hence will be of little use if you are considering operation at amateur communication frequencies.  The BLV2047 transistor is useful over a much wider frequency range, and successful operation at 1296MHz has been confirmed by a previous customer.  We do not currently have any circuit details.  There is also a 3-port circulator (Trak shown), and a scattering of high-quality microwave chip capacitors.

The active devices are as follows:

  • BGY1816N, 16 Watt 3-stage amplifier.
  • BLV2047, 60 Watt 2GHz silicon bipolar transistor. (datasheet)

Good condition, untested.  Minor cosmetic differences may exist, the images below are for reference.
