All our parts have been removed from Tvs that have a broken screen/damaged casing all are tested prior to dismantling.

If for any reason you wish to return the part to us for a refund minus return postage costs, please ensure you send the correct part, as with all our parts, they are security marked to prevent fraud. any part that is returned to us and does not have the security mark will have all the information forwarded to ebay and any refund will be void.

PAYMENTS: be aware if your PAYPAL account is low or your credit card has expired your payment may be sent direct from your bank account via E-cheque, E-cheque payments take around 7-10 days to complete and will delay the transaction. we cannot proceed with the transaction until the payment has cleared into our PAYPAL account.
STORAGE: All payments to be made within 3 working days from auction end, after this period the item will incur a storage fee of £2 per day for up to 10 days from end of auction. After this time the item will be relisted, and in order for us to recover our ebay fees incurred by your reneged bid, you will receive an eBay strike on your account.
COLLECTIONS: For those that prefer to collect we provide an onsite collection service, you do not need to contact us to collect. Of course when collecting the postage charge is not due, although there is a £2 administration fee per visit to the warehouse to help offset the cost of the personnal employed to provide this service. With items that are collection only the service charge is waived. PLEASE NOTE, due to a few unscrupulous buyers who instigated a chargeback (on the grounds we had no tracking information as they had collected!) collections are now on a cash only basis.

We only use national* couriers such as CityLink, Fastway, Royal Mail etc to get your goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep. Any item will be shipped within 48 hours or sooner of us receiving cleared payment*. You will always be informed of the date of dispatch via eBay.
COLLECTIONS: An onsite collection service is also available, please read our terms of sale or our FAQ page for details (accessed from the "email the seller" link in the listing).
If you have not received any confirmation of dispatch within 48hours of sending your payment, please send us a message reporting it so we can investigate what has happened to it.
If you receive your dispatch notification and within 24hours have either not recieved or were not available to sign for your item, ensure you contact us via the "email the seller" link immediately so we can provide you with the tracking information to enable you to contact the courier to re-arrange delivery. It is important this is done promptly as after two attempts the courier will redirect the item back to us at extra cost. On some occasions the couriers may not leave a "you were out" note, and as these notes are only a courtesy service they are under no obligation to do so, lack of such a note will not make the courier libel for redelivery, in the event of the item being returned to us the buyer will be responsible for both the return cost and the resending of the item from our Watford base
POSTAGE INSURANCE: When you receive your item please ensure you check the outer packaging for damage before signing, as once the package is signed for insurance renumeration is much harder to achieve.
*Please note if you are off the UK mainland your item will be shipped with Royal Mail, it is also possible an extra charge may be incurred and the item may take an extra 2-4 days to arrive, depending on the delivery address location.
The next day courier service excludes weekends and bank holidays. timed or Saturday deliveries will incur a extra £15 -£20 courier surcharge.
30 DAY WARRANTY: All items carry a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise, returns are dealt with on a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you are returning the item please ensure it is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note describing the problem and the eBay reference number.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTED: All electric items sold by us are tested for electrical safety, then labelled and recorded onto the engineers log sheet with the date the PAT (portable appliance test) was carried out
If for some reason when you receive your item you have a problem with it, please send a message to us via eBay ASAP so that we can rectify the issue for you as soon as possible.
The item will need to be returned within 5 days after notification of any problem. In the event of the item being returned in a working condition with an error/fault being through user error both the return and the initial postage cost, plus the resending cost will the buyers sole responsibility. The return postage in all cases will remain with the buyer.
If you send an item back to us without any information we will hold the item for 7 days before disposing of it, and any replacement or refund will be void.
