Extra Fine MINT block of Boy Scout 10th World Jamboree stamps with full NEVER HINGED gum! The error is in the overprint on the upper left stamp -- the "2" of "2nd" is misaligned clearly out of the stamp design! 

No catalogue value, 'cause it was not checked!!

Please see the scan for a high resolution image of the lot. This is a very nice block for the Philippines collector.
