Miniature building from Philip Laureston. Model No. 713. Perfect for collectors. Great condition. Listed as used, but really like new.

Now for the serious stuff!

  1. I always wrap my items carefully before posting to ensure safe delivery, and I always obtain proof of posting.
  2. Items are sold as seen. If you would like any further pictures please contact me and I will email them to you.
  3. I DO NOT offer refunds for a change of mind, loss or damage in the post (see point 1). If an item arrives in a condition other than stated in the listing, please contact me and I will provide documentation for you to make a claim from Royal Mail. 
  4. I do combine shipping. Please contact me for specific details.
  5. I sometimes re-use packaging materials, but I only charge for new packing materials at cost in addition to the postage price.
  6. Please make contact within 3 days of auction end and make payment within 10 days otherwise I will follow the Non Paying Bidder Policy.
