Delivery
All delivery prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are for the UK mainland only. We aim to have all items dispatched as quickly as possible, and in most cases we ship same day as payment confirmation.
We strive to be fair with our delivery pricing, but please remember that we have to budget in packaging as well as postage! Collection is possible on most items that we offer from our location in Sutton, Surrey. Please email us after auction close to arrange this.
Small items are usually sent out via royal mail as larger items are via one of our couriers, usually either Parcel Force or City-Link. We ONLY ship to the United Kingdom and under no circumstances can we deliver anywhere else, please bear this is mind when bidding.
Returns
Please read auction description fully for any warranty given. We only accept returns if the item is found to be faulty, please notify us within seven days of delivery date. All items delivered must be signed 'unchecked' otherwise we cannot claim from our couriers for damage in transit.
Payment
PayPal is our preferred payment method due to being quick, easy and of course secure. Saying this we also accept postal orders, bank transfers and personal cheques. Items will not be dispatched under any circumstances until payment has cleared in full.
