This bush is a complete replacement for the std plastic bush that normally leaves the 'quadrant' with allot of rocking, Many competitor's just make the top hat bushes and leave the std 205 fitting's in place which is a upgrade but still can allow room for movement, This kit comes with a integral sleeve that removes this rocking movement so giving a very positive gear change and coupled with the Up-rated gear linkage rods makes for a very swift and positive change.
