Black double layer tutu/petticoat, BRAND NEW AND SEALED,
 edged in Red to finish off your fancy dress costume.
Made from Black netting material with an elasticated waistband.
Important: This item is very see through and would require an undergarment.(the item picture has an undergarment beneath the skirt)
It measures approximately  23cm from waistband to bottom of 2nd layer

4. We scrutinise returns very carefully and  If we suspect the item has been used (other than trying on) then it will be returned to you without notice.We do not accept items smelling of perfume, body odour alcohol or washing powder.
5. You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt if an item is faulty otherwise your request will not be accepted.
6.We do not refund postage for ANy reason and a handling charge of 15% applies to all returns other than faults.
7. All packages returned to us unclaimed via Royal Mail will not be reshipped until a further shipping charge is received.
8.items must be returned using the ebay returns process to the address stated. If, after strict examination we are happy that the above criteria has been met then a refund will be issued.
9.Please ensure you obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office when returning an item. If a return goes missing in the post it is your responsibility to make a claim with the Post Office.
