Delivery: We normally use parcelforce to deliver goods on our

behalf. Goods are normally delivered between

9am-5pm Monday-Friday, If our courier

is unable to deliver the goods to the

address, or if you fail to respond to

the 'sorry we missed you card' the

courier may return the goods to us at

your expense.
