War hero and former Cabinet Minister Lord Brackley sues for libel when a pamphlet accuses him of cowardice and treachery.  But the pamphleteer - Tomas Tarnovic, one-time colonel in the Royal Yugoslav Army - sticks by his allegations.  And Simon Harrington QC and solicitor Alexandra Layton believe him enough to undertake his defence.

Yet the story can't be true - and yet, why should Tarnovic lie?  Who is guilty, accuser or accused?  Or neither?  Or both?

 

This book is in excellent condition, having only been read a couple of times.  This book is in need of a good new home.
