A full refund or exchange will be offered subject to inspection and report from the manufacturer and free collection/exchange will be arranged.

Unwanted goods: if you would like to return non-faulty goods which are in their unused original condition and have notified us in writing or by email within 7 days of the date the goods are received, we will refund all monies paid to us after we have collected the goods, however there will be a £150.00 collection charge in all cases.

In most circumstances if a product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will allow you to use/treat as your own until a replacement is delivered. Refunds will be made once we are in receipt of the faulty/damaged goods.

This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.

Guarantee

All goods come with a manufacturer's guarantee which in most cases is for 2 years, but in all cases is at least 1 year. Please see item description for further details.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
