We specialise in high quality printing, where we use specialists techniques to personalise products with your own unique digital images and text. This technique uses specialist inks and machinery, where high pressures and temperatures cause the inks to impregnate into the product of your choice.This method of printing ensures your image will be of high quality and have a durable and long lasting effect!.

So whatever your design might be, we will be honest and as helpful as possible enabling your print to look effective. We will advise you if we feel your image is low quality.

If you are unsure about your image, feel free to email us at sales@printsrus.co.uk and we will advise you. We recommend that your image be clear, and have a minimum of 300dpi ( dots per inch)!!! Anything lower than this might cause your image to appear slightly grainy. Please take note that we will print the image you send us, so if you are unsure, you need to contact us beforehand!

Make sure the images and text being printed are not offensive in anyway, as we will use them in our gallery(subject to your agreement when buying of course!)We can alter your image if you wish, and at no extra cost we can change it from colour to black and white, sepia or perhaps one of our most popular preferences pop art style!

When choosing an image please remember certain images will distort when stretched around a full wrap , we would recommend maybe a half wrap for some images. We will not charge extra for another image to be included on other half of the wrap, and please remember text can be added too!

A common sense way to judge your photo, is to enlarge it on your computer screen to approximately the size of the full wrap which is 21cm x 8.5cm

If you need to arrange delivery to an alternative address ie not the ebay members details ,that's ok, but please point this out when making your order.

We aim to please all our customers and try to custom make all our products professionally to achieve the very best results. Alot of care will be taken to ensure you receive your piece of art work safely, and hopefully yourself or whomever you may gift it to, will really enjoy and appreciate the hard work that has gone into it!

If for any reason your product is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us via email to rectify the problem. If this is the case You must contact us immediately on the arrival your goods. However we do not accept returns on non-faulty items as they have been customised for you!

Remember all our products are individually made and we pride ourselves in the quality prints that we manufacture!!!!!

All products will be well packaged to avoid breakage!

We aim to make your product as soon as we receive your final image to print. We can usually produce within 1-3 days and it will be posted on completion we cannot be held resposible for any postal delays that may occur, especially around the busy christmas period or postal strikes.

Please order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Once you have agreed on an image and pressed the buy it now button, please send us an email attached with your image ( preferably a jpeg format) to sales@printsrus.co.uk and include your 'ebay username' and 'listing number' to avoid confusion.
