All the items we produce are printed using The Dye Sublimation Method, this enables us to print photographic quality images into the surface of the imprintable item, this ensures fantastic colour replication & an image which will not crack, fade or peel.

Please ensure spelling and wording is correct in your personalisation details as once your mug has been printed it can’t be changed. If we notice what we think may be a spelling mistake we may contact you before printing but ultimately it is up to you to get it right. We aim to post mugs within 4-5 days of cleared payment, though your order may be delayed if you don't let us know your personalisation details.
Returns are excepted if we are notified within 7 days.
Replacements for missing items will only be sent if optional insurance has been taken.
