The rectangular image attached to a mug (in the listings) is called a WRAP, what you can see is what the image will look like when printed all the way round the mug.

PAYPAL is the preferred method of payment. However you can pay by credit cards via paypal.


Shipping

Once a product has been sold i like to process and get them posted within two working days, however i dont like posting anything on fridays and saturdays to avoid my products being stuck in some sorting office longer than it should have to be. Also please take into consideration bank holidays as this make the process of delivery longer than normal. If customers dont mind the risk then please say so and i will meet all customers needs.


Terms of Sale

When items have been sold, they are fully checked to make sure the product is 100% satisfactory to avoid returns, bad feedback and unhappy customers etc.

Returns are accepted but i dont pay for postage when an item is returned but will pay to resend when faults are rectified.

I dont accept returns of personalised (unique) versions as a proof is emailed to the customer before completion which is then verified by the purchaser, then they know what actually they are buying.

We set up this ebay shop with our UNIQUE Mug, "THE CHUCKLE MUG" as this type of mug always creates a chuckle or two when they are in use. I accept returns but i dont pay the costs for products being returned to myself. When people supply their own images i always send a proof via email to make sure details are correct. This will avoid returns as the product will be personal to the buyer.
