I want you to be happy with any item you buy from me and if, for any reason, you are not, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item to let me know the problem and we will try and work it out together.

If the problem cannot be resolved and a return is agreed, all authorised returns will be provided with a return processing number. I will refund the full purchase price (not including any postage and packing charges) on receipt of the returned item, provided the item is returned intact (including packaging), unused and has all seals and protective covers intact. Return postage and packaging cost is your responsibility whatever the reason, and for your own safety I would recommend you obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office. If you have used the item, broken seals or removed any protective covers, then you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Certain items handmade to order are excluded from the above policy, and if you are not happy with your item and wish to return it I may have to charge a re-stocking fee to cover the time and expense involved. However if I re-sold this item your fee would be refunded. Refunds for items handmade to order may be provided in the form of credit to spend on other item(s) in my shop, this is at my discretion.
