The Images in our listings for our Mugs do not do them Justice as the real finished products are far better. We dont take photo's of the finished mugs as all our Mugs are personalised and are unique to each individual.




PAYPAL is the preferred method of payment. However you can pay by credit card via paypal.




Once a product has been sold i like to process and get them posted within two to three working days. Please take into consideration bank holidays as this make the process of delivery longer than normal.




When items have been sold, they are fully checked to make sure the product is 100% satisfactory to avoid returns, bad feedback and unhappy customers etc.

Returns are accepted but i dont pay for postage when an item is returned but will pay to resend when faults are rectified.

I dont accept returns of personalised (unique) versions as a proof is emailed to the customer before completion which is then verified by the purchaser, then they know what actually they are buying.

I accept returns but when customers ask for a persoalised version i send an image of proof first to make sure, if customers then agree to it i then dont accept them as returns. If someone buys an item and not happy with it first you have to do is email with reasons etc. I take pride in producing my products and will do everything in my power to ensure customers are happy and remain happy, also i want customers to return, so everything will be done to ensure happiness.
