When ordering, please put any wording/name(s) you require in the paypal note box. Please ensure that all spelling and wording is correct as once your item has been manufactured, it cannot be amended. If we think there is a spelling mistake, we will email you before manufacturing for confirmation.

All items are packaged in a polystyrene box and dispatched by recorded delivery within 3 working days of payment being cleared excluding weekends and bank holidays. However, during busy periods, payment can take up to 7 days.

 Coleward Marketing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any Post Office delivery delays or for loss of items. We keep all tracking numbers which we will forward to you should you wish to make a compensation claim with Royal Mail for any loss or damages.
