Please note that we are software suppliers and as such we are not accountants, nor are we gardeners, airline pilots, snooker players, builders (see our list of software for the rest of the list). so our knowledge of the software is limited to the how it should install and the general description provided by the software authors.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING FEE'S EXPLAINED
Please note that Postage and Handling fee's may not be restricted to
the price of the stamp alone.
You may note that the stamp value is that of a 1st class stamp yet we
charge much more for the Postage and Handling service. this
is a Fixed rate, the price stays the same no matter how much you buy.
We charge for all the services entailed in the
purchase of the stamps, envelopes, printing, packing, carriage to/from
post office, tea breaks (its the law) We pay staff well to do a good
job. and we have to charge VAT on the whole lot. Add
overheads etc. and you get a figure far beyond that of a stamp.
We have dropped the price of the product to offset this & the
product is now at a much lower price than it used to be. So you are not
losing out. In fact if you order two or more you are MUch Much better
off.
If you cant put up with this or you don't want to pay this postage fee
DO NOT BID
Your product will be shipped within 1 WORKING DAY
by Royal Mail 1st class.
You will be notified by ebay that your goods have
been shipped.
If your goods do not arrive within the stated time you must contact me so that another can be
sent. the longer you leave it the longer it will take. please don't
blame us for the postal service and expect delays at obvious time such
as Xmas, Bank Holidays, Weekends, Bad weather etc.
