You are looking at a Persona fertility moniter - in excellent condition, original box & with full instructions.
I am including one box of test sticks (expired) so that you can use them to re-set the moniter and to have a few practices using it if you need to!
I only used this for a few months (very easy to use) and discovered I was pregnant with twins! Hence the reason for selling it.................
