We aim to provide an excellent level of customer service. We will accept the return of any rug that the customer wishes to return due to Personal reason; in these cases we will refund the customers payment less out-going and return shipping costs.

Before we accept the return of any item the customer must contact us and receive authorization for the return. All return applications must be made within 7 of the customer receiving the rug.

The domestic transportation fee as shown is for UK Mainland delivery only. This excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and Channel Islands.

All rugs for UK Mainland delivery will be dispatched 3- 5 working days on receipt of payment, or until Cheques have been cleared by the bank. (Please be kind enough to check with us for timescale on International deliveries. Rug will be shipped by Business Post and Business Post Tracking Number will be provided.

We provide an overnight shipping service for the UK for the cost of £50.

We accept payments by PayPal, Master Card, Maestro, Solo, Visa/Debit Card, Cheque, Money Order, for all national and international deliveries please call for additional information on how to pay.
