Period Style Solid Oak Fold Over Top Side / Hall Table. Circa 1920
This excellent quality period style side table is a superb piece of 1920s furniture, and it will make a charming addition to any room or hallway.
It's made entirely from solid oak, therefore it's very heavy and substantial, and the intentionally distressed finish and exposed wooden peg joints really do heighten it's period influenced design.
The fold over top proves to be a very useful feature, and it provides a conveniently sized octagonal shaped area of surface space which is supported at the back by a partially turned pull out leg.
A neatly carved panel connects the back leg to a partially turned column, and the 3 superbly turned main legs are connected by substantial stretchers which give the table great structural rigidity.
The condition is very good, with only minor marks consistent with age and use to mention, including some light surface scratches to the full sized area of the top.
The height measures 28 3/4 inches.
The width measures 38 1/4 inches.
The depth measures 18 3/4 & 37 1/2 inches.

This item cannot be posted as it is too large and fragile. We carry out all deliveries in person, and each item of furniture is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.
We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a purchase so you are fully aware of the cost. We will combine multiple purchases to reduce delivery costs, and small items will go free with larger items.
We do not allow cash on delivery sorry.
Customers are welcome to collect, but by appointment only as we run an unmanned warehouse.
