In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods a full refund or replacement will be offered. The damaged or faulty products may be required for inspection - please email Chris or Lisa to resolve the matter upon receipt.
If a customer is unhappy for any reason or has purchased the wrong product we will do what we can to ensure a satisfactory solution. Goods purchased incorrectly will not be eligible for post costs refunded. Return of incorrect goods are accepted as long as the packaging is not damaged.
