We use different couriers dependant on the size of your item and your location, and the tracking number can be made available on request, the cost of the shipping includes packaging, staff time and the actual shipping costs, for all smaller items we use Royal mail and we keep all proof of posting, all of these items are sent first class delivery and are usually with you within a few days, however if an item goes missing and it was sent via royal mail, it can take up to 15 days which is when royal mail class it as lost in the post, and at this point we can then claim and re-deliver your item.

All of our new products are covered with a 12 month RTB warranty unless there is a problem within 7 days, which is when in some cases we will ask you to return the product to us for replacement at our cost, this will come in the form of a refund either via Pay pal or cash returned with the replacement.
