RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it with your receipt within 30 days of the date of despatch.
Providing the product is in as new condition and still in its original packaging, with all labels attached, a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) will be given.

The customer is responsible for the shipment of the product to Desperate Measures and will pay for all related shipping costs.
As Desperate Measures Canoe Shop is not liable for products in transit it is highly recommended that products are shipped via an insured shipping method.

Refunds will not be issued until goods have been returned to, and inspected by, Desperate Measures.

Our carrier will make one attempt to deliver the package. If you are not home, a calling card will be left. After the card is left the package will be held at the Carrier depot for two additional days for you to make contact. If no contact is made the package will be returned to the Desperate Measures.
