Please note I do not charge extortionate rates for P&P, but I also need to include a small fee to cover packing, etc.    Postage is determined by the weight of the item, I will always offer postal discounts when possible on multiple purchases.

Unless I have marked the listing welcoming offers, please do not contact me offering a lower price.  I purchase these items direct from the manufacturer and they are not seconds or returns.

All postage quotes are by second class in the UK only.  I post worldwide, but please ask for quote before purchase.   I aim to post all parcels between 24-48 hours after payment is received, but please bear with me as I’m only human – also a working mother.  

Returns must be sent back exactly how it was received in its own box within 7 days, postage will not be refunded as you have still paid for, and received a service from either Royal Mail or courier.    For items lost or damaged in the post and you wish to make a claim, let me know and I will forward the proof of postage to you.
