The letters at the end of the title are our storage reference.
Batteries not included unless stated. This is for every item except NEW & SEALED. New & Sealed will obviously depend on manufacturer's instructions.
You will receive what is shown in the photo(s) (unless stated otherwise). Please do not assume there is more than shown. If in doubt, ask.

We accept PayPal. If you are collecting, we accept PayPal (before you collect) or cash.
Collection is OK from Moorgreen, Nottingham. Approx 5 mins from Ikea or J26 / J27 of M1.
Please pay / collect items within 5 days.

We do not combine postage unless it specifically says so in the ad.
We do not post by any other method than those advertised. i.e we do not ship surface mail or guaranteed next day etc unless stated.
The item will only be posted to the address registered in eBay.
For overseas orders (if we do post this item abroad) – you are responsible for any duties / tariffs that may be applicable.
Claims for items lost in post will only be considered after 3 weeks. This is Royal Mail's stipulation and not ours.
Certificates of postage (for Royal Mail items) or tracking references can be provided at an extra cost of £4 if required before 3 weeks.

All items will be posted before a maximum of 7 days after we receive payment. We usually post quicker, this is just a maximum. If over 7 days is too long to wait to receive your item, please do not bid.

Royal Mail state that UK recorded delivery is next working day for MOST UK items. Not all items. All other items should be 3 to 5 working days from the date we post it. Therefore you should have received your item within 14 days but please allow 21 days due to possible Royal Mail delays. You will see from the date stamp that we have posted it within our stated 7 days.

In the unlikely event of any problems with your order, you can return the item for a full refund (excluding postage costs) or replacement (subject to stock). Please return the item within 14 days of receipt.

We do our best to provide an excellent service but if we make a mistake, please email us and we will do all we can to rectify it as soon as possible.
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends as we do not work weekends).
