The Pentax Takumar-A 28mm f2.8 lens is for Bayonet K mount cameras and has the added benefit of having an A setting on the aperture ring. This means that the lens is fully functional on the Digital SLRs from pentax and Samsung as well as on the film cameras. It is a budget version of the lens, having conventional coating and not the SMC coating. However, it is still an excellent performer and we have tested it on the K10D and it shows up very well indeed. This particulat example is in very fine condition indeed, purchased new some years ago and having seen very little use. It is as mark free as any lens that has been used at all could be and everything works in top-notch manner. It's as good an example of this lens as you are likely to ever find.
