Shipping & Handling

We usually ship within 10 business days of receiving payment.  Because all our crafts come from the United Kingdom, it can on occasions take up to 20 business days for shipment.   If an item is on back order, you will be notified through EBay.

We will be happy to combine shipping on store item purchases.  The combined shipping rate is our standard shipping rate less 50% for additional items. All items must be paid for in one transaction and be purchased within 3 days of each other in order to get the combined shipping rate.  We do not combine shipping on auction items.

Texas residents please add 8.25% sales tax.


In addition to postage, shipping includes all handling charges, such as materials, warehousing, insurance, on-line fees and labour.  In the case of international delivery, it also includes customs preparation.

Return Policy

All sales are final We offer a 7 day exchange policy if your item(s) are found to be described incorrectly, Just return the item(s) - unused and undamaged - for an exchange within 14 days of our ship date.  If we do not have the exact item for exchange we will refund your payment.

Damaged items must have an insurance claim filed and resolved before we accept them for return.  If your insured order is lost or damaged in the mail, the postal service requires that you must first wait 30 days. After 30 days we will complete the forms for you and submit them to the post office. The post office will in turn send you a check for the insured amount. Under no circumstances are we responsible for uninsured orders (International only).

Shipping and insurance charges are non- refundable, nor do we pay for the return postage on returned items. 

We want you to be happy with your transaction and our service. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any and all issues whenever possible.
