Penny Star on Envelope with Sideways Carnarvon Postmark.

The envelope is addressed to Sir R W Vaughan Bart ? Hingart Dolgelley and has a Penny Red Star on lettered F K which has a Sideways CARNARVON JU 23 1858 ? B double circle postmark and a 108 Duplex underneath unusual because this would normally be on the right side of postmark.There is no backstamp and please see scan.
