PENNY LANCASTER 'ULTIMATE BODY WORKOUT' FITNESS DVD This DVD has been used a couple of times, however unfortunately I no longer have the time to use it myself. As quoted from the cover:- This DVD is slplit into easy to follow sections. The workout features a range of different exercises for the whole body, including high and low impact aerobic exercise, boxing, dance, yoga, pilates and floor work. You will benefit from improved muscle strength, flexibility, muscle tone, posture, and, of course, the feel good factor! The routine is 60 minutes long and you should try to complete the programme 3 times a week to see great results. The routine is an aerobic, "cross training" circuit, with interval training levels for any age and any fitness level. |
