I will never list clothing that is in less than GOOD Condition. 
All Clothing Items will be described by the following guidelines:

New with Tags ~ Original Tags; Never Washed; Never Worn
New without Tags ~ Never Worn, but possibly Washed ONCE
LikeNu or Like New ~ Appears NEW; no signs of wear or visible flaws
Excellent ~ Previously worn and washed multiple times, but no visible wear or flaws 
Gently Worn ~ Previously washed and worn multiple times, possible light wash wear; but no visible flaws

ANY VISIBLE FLAWS OR SPOTS WILL BE NOTED
IN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION

Measurements are done with the item laying flat and then I double the number as follows:

chest = armpit to armpit
waist = 5 to 7 inches below the chest line, seam to seam
hips = 5 to 7 inches below the waist line, if available, seam to seam
arm = shoulder from the seam at top of arm to wrist on outside of arm.
If there is no shoulder seam, I measure from the neck.
length = from the center of neck (tops/dresses) or waist (skirts) to bottom hem in back (not doubled)
leg inseam = where crotch and leg meet, down inside of leg (not doubled)
