What if I change my mind?
Please notify us via e-mail at bliss.trading@ntlworld.com and return the unwanted item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Return P&P to be paid for by the Customer (please obtain proof of posting). On receipt of the unused goods in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price incl. P&P less a £2.50 handling charge. Alternatively, we will organize an exchange. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay the difference if the selling price of the new item is greater than the returned item, or we will issue a refund for the difference if the selling price of the new item is lower. The customer will be responsible for paying for the return P&P of the original item(s) to us and a £2.50 handling charge. We will despatch the exchange item(s) on receipt of the returned item(s) in their original condition and cleared payment of any balance to pay.
What if there is a problem with the product?
Within 14 days of delivery:-
Please notify us of the problem via e-mail at bliss.trading@ntlworld.com. We will always try to replace or send parts for products which arrive damaged or faulty. Should this not be possible, the item(s) should be returned to us unused in it's original packaging via the Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service (please obtain proof of posting). On receipt of the unused goods we will reimburse you for the return P&P and issue a refund for the original purchase price and P&P less a £2 handling charge.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased in this eBay store for a refund. To cancel, please email us within seven working days of delivery of your item(s). You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.
