Pearn 18' Motor sailer Manufactured in Looe,Cornwall.(still in existence i think.) A good strong sea boat which i have used for approximately the last 5 years for sailing and fishing off the south Devon coast.Approx. 2 years ago i had the deisel inboard engine replaced with a Beta 13.5 hp twin cylinder deisel(new) and new Plastimo roller reefing was fit for the jib.Main sail has boom roller reefing and the sails and sail cover are red.Much work has been done over the years i have had her(to much to list) 'Toad' is an ultra reliable little boat and the family have had great fun in her over the last few years,she comes with single axle galvanised braked trailer,anchor,fenders,VHF/DSC radio,Fishfinder,on board cooker with gas bottle,electric and manual bilge pumps,2 life vests ensign flag and staff,Seagull long shaft auxillary engine,tiller and wheel steering.2 bunks below with lots of storage lockers,any inspection/survey welcome and advised.any further information required will be given gladly. Year of manufacture is approximate,beam measurement is also approximate.
