If in the unlikely event you have a problem with any Bearcottage product upon receipt please follow the steps below and I will happily arrange for a replacement or refund.
In all instances I must be contacted by email or by telephone first before the buyer returns the item or any refunds or replacement are issued.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and in original packaging. 
Refunds or replacements are only issued upon receipt of the returned items, so it is advisable for the sender to obtain proof of postage to cover you in the event that the returned item is lost in the postal system.
I will only refund the full purchase price including delivery costs of the returned item, but not the buyers return shipping costs.
Refunds against cheques will not be issued until your cheque has cleared at my bank.
If you have ordered a personalised gift, please ensure that the information you have provided is spell checked, as I cannot be held responsible for errors. 
I will print exactly what wording I have been provided with.
All items come wrapped in hand printed tissue paper then packed in a thick padded envelope to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they left Bearcottage Crafts.
