If for any reason you are unhappy with an audio book purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition unopened within 14 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. However, the buyer will be responsible for return carriage and must email stating the reason for the return.
Faulty CDs or cassettes will be replaced where possible, otherwise a full refund will be issued upon return. In the event of a faulty item being returned, Audio Book Bargains will refund the cost of return carriage. |
