Passion Fruit and Orange The sharp, rich flavour of Passion Fruits is softened somewhat by the smoother taste of Oranges in this delightfully invigorating flavoured fruit infusion. Naturally caffeine-free, Passion Fruit and Orange is ideal for sipping at any time of day and great for those trying to reduce their caffeine intake. Bright and sharp but somehow at the same time smooth and mellow, it is a relaxing drink which can be enjoyed piping hot as a winter warmer or chilled as a refreshing summer drink. To brew, put one good tsp of Passion Fruit and Orange Fruit Infusion per person in a teapot or Mug Infuser. Add fresh, boiling water. Brew for 4 mins and serve without milk. Some people prefer this infusion with a little sugar or honey to balance the sharpness and bring out the passion fruit flavour.
