please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your mug, this allows time for painting, drying & firing, since all plates/bowls/mugs are made to order

*  I only sell goods that I would be happy to receive myself.

*  All items from a pet free & smoke free home

*  All mugs / plates are new & designs are all my own individual work therefore designs may vary

*  I only accept payment by Paypal (although on occassion and if requested I will accept personal cheque, & upon clearance goods will be  despatched)

*  Payment must be made within 3 working days.  Failure to do so will result in being reported as an unpaid item & negative feedback will be left

*  proof of posting is always obtained

*  If you are not entirely happy with your goods upon receipt, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, to allow me to rectify the situation

*  Please leave feedback once goods have been received & then I will do the same
