A journal of a voyage for the discovery of a north west passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Performed 1819-20 in His Majestys ships Hecla and Griper together with a second voyage performed in 1821-22-23 in His Majestys ships Fury and Hecla under the orders of Sir W E Parry RN and Commander of the exhibition.

Illustrated with numerous plates.
