Shipping Details

For most items we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use next day or two day couriers. Your items are usually shipped within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If you have not received them within 5 days of clearing please email us on cartridges@xsitems.com or telephone on 01206 790880. Please ensure you check the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery. If you have any doubts please sign for it as 'unchecked' or as damaged. This is essential to support any damage claim against Royal Mail or the courier. Please note, if paying via PayPal, we can only ship to confirmed addresses. We cannot be held responsible for items whilst in transit. If you require insurance, please request it. Items can be picked up with prior agreement. UK shipping costs quoted above are to the UK including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles unless stated otherwise.
