Payment
PayPal preferred. You may use PayPal to pay via all major credit cards (instantly) or electronic check (3-4 business days to clear), even if you don't have a PayPal account. I also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Personal checks are cashed and held for seven days before shipment if your feedback is under 100. Please go through the eBay checkout process if you plan to send a check or money order.
Shipping
Domestic buyers: Most items ship within 24-48 hours of payment. You will be notified if your item is delayed. All items are shipped via USPS unless indicated. First Class Mail typically takes 2-5 days but can take longer. Parcel Post shipping typically takes 2-9 days but can take longer. Priority Mail shipping usually takes 2-3 days. We also ship Express mail if requested. If your item is shipped USPS you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when your item is shipped. You can also find this information by following the item link from your My eBay page. Allow at least 2 weeks for all First Class, Parcel Post, Free Shipping, Combined Shipping and UPS Ground packages.
International buyers: Most items ship within 72 hours of payment. You will be notified if your item is delayed. All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail International unless otherwise indicated. Standard international shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks, but can take longer. I have no control over the postal services or customs process. Allow at least 8 weeks for international orders unless you pay for Priority or Express Shipping. There is no tracking available on standard international orders, nor or any delivery times guaranteed.
I'm glad to combine shipping on multiple items. Highest S/H pays full price and all additional items get 50% off shipping. If your shipping discount does not show up correctly during checkout, please click on "Request Total From Seller" to receive a revised invoice with combined shipping discount. Buyers who are purchasing 4 or more items may contact me for a quote for the best rate on combined shipping. Please note all combined shipping orders go at Parcel Post or best price available and no delivery times are guaranteed.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Unopened/unused items may be returned within 10 days at your expense for a refund of the item price. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items offered with free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned. Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced only if insurance was purchased. Positive feedback is left for buyers once positive feedback is received. The process is automated. If you feel you need to leave neutral or negative feedback, please email me with your concerns and I will gladly work with you to address them.
