Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, as goods can be dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account. We will also accept postal orders or cheques, but cheques will delay dispatch for one week to allow the cheque to clear.

Once payment is received, we dispatch usually the same day provided the payment is received before 12:00 noon, but always within 2 working days. Our parcels are sent out by "First Class Recorded Delivery" or by a "Next Day Delivery" service.

The shipping costs include our handling charge, packaging materials and postage. These costs can be avoided if you wish to collect from our premises by prior appointment.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund of the purchase price so long as the goods are returned here in the same condition, complete with all packaging, instructions etc, as they were when we sent them out.

The goods must be returned to our store within 10 days. The refund will be made once we have received the goods into our store. P&P costs are not refunded.

If the goods are damaged or faulty, then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for return and a replacement.

We are based in the UK, and our stock is located here in Kidderminster, so you will not have to wait over a week for your goods to arrive from the Far East and then have to pay duty and vat when the postman knocks the door.

All items are brand new (unless stated otherwise) and come with a twelve month guarantee.

Whilst we ensure all goods are in perfect working order and packed well when they leave here, on the rare occassion some items can get damaged in transit or have some other fault that we were not aware of.
