The Panasonic Toughbook CF27 is a fully ruggardised miltary grade laptop which is dust proof, shock proof, splash proof and much stronger and robust than any other standard laptop - in fact upto 20 times stronger than a normal laptop and can survive accidental liquid spills!

Although this has a DVD drive you will need to buy and install a DVD player to play entertainment DVDs (there is no free player available). As this is a low spec CPU to get smooth DVD playback a very resource light programme will be needed.

**The battery on this laptop is described as being able to hold a charge. The batteries in these units are likely to be poor, given the age of the machines. We warrant that the laptop will power up on batteries, when charged, but we dont warrant they will work for ANY length of time. .

COSMETICS
Physically these are in the typical condition you would expect a laptop which has been specifically purchased for and used in a rough environment to be in. Functionally they are perfect but pretty they are not.

WARRANTY
This item comes with a 28 day RTB (return to me) warranty. Installed software and consumables such as batteries are not covered by warranty. P&P for returning item(s) should be paid by the buyer and will be refunded once we have tested the item and confirmed the fault.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The courier I use is Initial Citylink, this is specifically because they will not leave a delivery at any other address than the one I tell them to and they will not leave anything without a signature. Therefore delivery will need to be to an address where there will be someone to receive it. I will also ask for a contact telephone number of the delivery address to enable the driver to make contact in the event of a delivery problem.

UK Mainland £12 for next day courier delivery.
UK Offshore (inc N.Ireland) £22 for next day courier delivery.
International (inc Channel Islands and BFPO Addresses) is not an option sorry.

RETURNS
If you are a consumer (a private individual not purchasing for business use) then for most items you have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase at any time in the seven working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to audio or video recordings or computer software if they have been unsealed. You must notify me in writing (preferably by email or alternatively by letter) to the address given by email of your cancellation.

If you cancel you must take care of the goods while in your possession and return them to me safely at your own expense. I suggest you use a tracked delivery method. If you fail to return the goods you will be charged the direct cost of recovering them from the place of delivery. Your purchase price and the cost of the outbound shipping from me to you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
