In the event of a fault during the 60 day warranty period please send the product back to us (All our products carry Return To Base Warranty), upon receiving that unit we will then dispatch the repaired/replacement unit back to you within 2-3 business days.  If the unit turns out not to be faulty, which it sometimes does, we will charge you for £5 and re-delivery costs. 
All returns must be agreed with a member of our staff before being returned.
All items are security marked to aid fraud prevention.  All items have warranty seals on them, these must not be removed.  If they are found to have been removed/tampered with, the warranty will become is void.
