These units are from MAJOR RETAILER’S or MANUFACTURER’S Ex-display or Customer Returns or pre-owned.  They have been fully tested to 100% working order.  Items although in Excellent condition, may have minor cosmetic blemishes on them, some might be with Replacement Remotes or accessories.  We try our best to accurately describe each and every item for your peace of mind.The packaging will not neccesarily be in perfect condition, we will try our best to state whether or not the accessories/packaging is the original or a replacement used.

We Guarantee all purchases for 60 days from the receipt of goods, should the goods not be as described, fail to work and have not been subject to misuse or abuse.

Delivery

Item will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.We only deliver to mainland UK.
For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, a surcharge of £9.99 is added to the delivery charge, please do not pay immediately, wait for us to send you the correct invoice.
We do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, N.Ireland or S.Ireland. 
Delivery time quoted is subject to all postal conditions. Should your item fail to arrive, for whatever reason please contact us straight away so we can chase it up for you.
Delivery once payment has cleared takes 2 - 3 business working days.

We accept Paypal.Payment terms are strictly 7 days from checkout unless by prior agreed arrangement. We reserve the right to re-list goods after 7 days following non receipt of payment. All items are security marked to aid fraud prevention.  All items have warranty seals on them, these must not be removed.  If they are found to have been removed/tampered with, the warranty will become is void.
