All our microwaves are 'Leakage Tested' to ISO standard 9001:2000.
We are at work Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. We will always try to answer any questions that you have as quickly as possible, but we aren't always near a computer over the weekend, so we may not respond until Monday morning.
In the unlikely event of problems with our products, please contact us first so that problems can be rectified without spoiling feedback. The best way of contacting us about any problems or queries you may have is through the 'contact seller' tab, as messages are checked more frequently then e-mails.
The photos on each of the listings are not always of the actual item that you will recieve.
All of our items are sold with a 3 month guarantee. This begins at the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your item free of charge during this period of time.

The payment methods that we accept are:

*Postal order or Bankers draft
Payment is to be made within 7 days of the auction finishing otherwise the item will be relisted and the offender reported to Ebay.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.
It may take up to 2 working days to process your order before it is despatched.
The postage price stated covers all the necessary handling, packaging and insurance together with the actual postage cost.
Postage times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times will vary, especially during peak periods. As ever, we are not responsible for the carriers delivery times. In the event of delays, please give us the opportunity to question the 'carrier' for late/non delivery.
