We have way too many Pan Pipes!!
We need to sell a load off cheap!!!
These are hand made pan pipes from Peru. They are not glued together, but bound in twine and local colourful material (gluing affects the resonance of the pipes and also you can change a pipe if one ever becomes damaged). Ideal for people who want to play them rather than just use them for ornaments (although - that said - they do make fab ornaments too :)
Each set features a row of 20 pipes in a semi circular arrengement.
Dimensions: Pipes Aproximately 35cm tall
Available in Dark brown (stained - as in picture) or in natural bamboo (which is lighter) - wholesale lots may be a mixture of these two types
We have simply over stocked on Pan Pipes so were selling these of at a fraction of normal wholesale prices. Normal retail on these is £9.95 each but we have seen several peolle selling this type for considerably more. You would be hard pressed to get them for this price in Peru! let alone ship them to the UK!!
Grab an absolute bargain - we are selling off 500 Pan Pies at special prices as our house is filled up with stock for our shop and were trying to clear some space (we really are - even got boxes piled up in the kitchen!).
Important note
These have been in storage for a couple of years in either our house or one of our out-buildings and so can be dusty and have slight marks or stains. They do clean up well but you will appreciate we can not sit here and clean up 500 sets at this clearout price!! The odd set has a broken pipe and again we have no time to fix them so we will throw in free of charge an extra two sets so you have pleanty of spares just in case!! That said we will not ship any pipes that are obviously broken but some minor damage may slip through the next (sometimes it is not easy to see a cracked pipe until you clean them).
This auction is for: 10 sets of pan pipes as pictured plus 2 free for spares just in case you have any broken, damaged or stained pipes in any of the other sets.
These are ex storage - THEY WILL NEED CLEANING UP BEFORE SELLING RETAIL but if you have the time to check them over, give them a clean and replace an odd pipe from the FREE SPARE SETS we are including you could turn a very healthy profit indeed!!
