| Warranty conditions and
returns: |
. Should your product develop a fault (within
the first 14 days of purchase) just email me to arrange free postal return and
refund upon receipt of the item.
This warranty is subject to the
following conditions:
1. All items must be returned in the same
condition that they were despatched in i.e. complete with handset manual etc
2. All packaging material replaced as received.
3. Item must be returned with
customer name clearly wrote on the package.
4. This warranty is not
transferable.
Please note we do not sell goods on a trial basis, any item
returned as faulty but found to be in fully working condition will be subject to
a 25% re-stocking fee or £35/€45 whichever is the greater. You have to pay for
any returned item which is damaged or scratched by yourself. |
