·         A 3 hoop Crinoline (underskirt, petticoat ) is not included , but available for sale at our eBay shop. The dress looks beautiful even without the underskirt.

 Length: 52" from underarm to hem; Hips fall free from the dress.  

How to measure

Chest/bust: Measure under arm around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep your measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 8" below your waist (petite sizes, 7" below waist)

Delivery, payment and returns

·         We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after clearance of your payment.

·         Only Paypal payment is accepted.

·         Your order will be delivered by courier within 3-7 working days after we dispatch it.

·         If you choose a wrong size, you can send it back for exchange at your own postage cost plus a reshipping fee of £12.99 will be charged. You can make the payment by Paypal only.

·         We want our customers to be 100% happy about their purchase. You can send the dress back to us for refund within 7 days. We will refund it at a less postage cost. Buyers pay for the return postage.

Q1:How long will it take for the dress to reach me?

A: You can usually have your dress within 3-7 working days.

Q2: Can I collect the dress in person?

A: Sorry we do not have arrangements for personal collection.

Q3: I need the dress quite urgently, do you have a buy-it-now price?

A: Please contact us with your Paypal account email address, we can send it to your BIN invoice. Please be advised that the dress will be delivered within 3-7 working days after the payment clears.

Q4: Where is the dress sent from?

A: The dress will be sent from overseas and will be with you within 3-7 working days. A tracking number can be provided if requested for.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we deliver it to most places in the world within 5-7 working days. In some remote areas delivery might take longer.

Q6: Do you have a shop we can try the dress before we buy?

A: Sorry we don't have a shop. We sell online only.

Q7: I do not have a paypal account. Would you accept a cheque or a postal order?

A: Sorry we cannot take a cheque or a postal order. You can deposit the money to our UK bank account. Please contact us for the bank details if you want to pay by bank transfer.

Q8: Can I send the dress back for exchange if I order a wrong size?

A: Yes, you can send the dress back, at your own postage cost and pay a reshipping fee of £12.99.

Q9: What is your return policy?

A: We can refund at a less postage cost. A refund can only be issued after you send the dress back to us within 7 days of receiving the dress. Buyers must pay the return postage.

Q10: Do you do size 24?

A: Only size 8-22 is available for auction. If you need a size 6 or size 24+, you can contact us to order the dress as made to measure. We will make the dress specifically according to your measurement.

Q11: Do you alter the dress to make it fit for my measurement?

A: We cannot alter the standard sized dress but we can make a customized dress for you from scratch for £75 (inclusive of shipping). Please do not bid on the standard size dresses if you need a made-to-measure dress.

Q12:Can you make the dress in other colours?

A The dresses are normally available in other colour options in our eBay shops.

Q13: I need 4 dresses from you. Will there be a reduction in postal charges?

A: Yes. The postage for the first dress will be charged at £12.99. The additional dresses will be charged at £5 each.

Q14: Do I need a petticoat to go with the dress?

A: If you want the skirt to be as puffy as shown in the pictures, you will need one. However, the dress can be also worn without it.
