Pair of Genuine Georgian Brass Mortice Door Knobs.

 
 
 
Another pair of outstanding Georgian
Door Knobs.  These are mortice, having two
backplates, but can be used as
rimlock simply by removing one of the
backplates.
 
The knobs measure 4.5 cm in diameter,
the backplates 3.8 cm.
 
As in the case of the previous pair of door
knobs, these are rarely available for
sale.
